Award-winning film Horizon of Exile is a meditation on female identity, land and exile. Horizon follows the journey of two women across timeless desert landscapes as they negotiate issues of self-image and belonging. Set to a soundtrack by Jivan Gasparyan and punctuated by voice testimonies of Iraqi exile Surma Hamid, the bodies betray a serene violence, travelling as though released from consciousness or gravity, falling and recuperating, haunted by an irrepressible past.

Marionettes was developed from a series of 'dance for film' workshops with members of the Scottish Ballet Corps. Limor Zivs choreography and its puppet characters Pieretta and Puaro, are based on lyrics written by Hebrew poet Leah Goldberg, famously put to music by Achinoam Nini.

White Wedding is a modern fantasy based on the classical ballet Giselle. It is about mysterious young women, who dance themselves to death on their wedding night. From then on they rise every midnight, infatuating men with their bewitched dancing to draw them to the other world. White Wedding carries the love-story of Jeane and Alex into a modern day city. Jeane is dancing herself to death in a club and Alex falls in love with her at that very moment. Later, Jeane appears to Alex and tempts him to follow her into the realm of the dead. White Wedding is a modern dance art-film without dialogue, displaying its strengths by a perfectly balanced combination of dance, imagery and music, avoiding the restraints of a feature film or a music clip.

BODY IN BITS AND PIECES (in short BIBAP) is a crossmedia dance project by the choreographer Carolien Hermans. "BIBAP" consists of a dance film and an interactive poetic dance story. "BIBAP" is about a running man; about the physical action of running; about the physicality of running; about exhaustion; about breathing; about not giving up when the going gets tough; about rhythm; and about repetition. And most importantly: BIBAP is about what happens when you stop running.

A visceral, painterly and sometimes humorous hallucination amidst the ruins of an abandoned bomb factory in Minnesota produced by the Body Cartography Project. The music consists of a bullet rolling across broken cement, three men engaging in acts of quiet violence, and noisy interaction.

A drum beat begins and the eyes open suddenly and surprisingly. We then enter a choreographic fantasy in which rhythms combine with figures moving singly and progressively in group formations, overlaid with decorative floral patterning and intensive colors.
At the end, a regal percussion resounds as the eyes close slowly, returning to the empty eyed figure, her formal robes, and a quieter world, as if ending a ceremonial performance.

Egy megcsömörlött tánc-díva felszámolja a vörös szõnyeget. A sóvárgott figyelem érdekében elõad egy 1297-es Largo tánc rekonstrukciót. Mivel rá sem hederítenek, elveti a táncot és rögtönöz egy kb. 2007-es Ranki Pankit. A Diva az, ahol a tény és fikció egybeolvad, az archív és riportázs szétválik.

A jaded dance diva processes up the red carpet. Craving the attention she deserves, she performs a magnificent reconstruction from 1927 of the little known work Largo. Since nobody gives a fig she blows a dance raspberry and performs an impromptu rendition of Ranki Panki circa 2007. Diva is where fact and fiction collide, archive and reportage rupture.
